SPECIAL NOTIFIED MEETING

Dear Brothers and Sisters
Please be informed that a special notified meeting as per the IBEW Constitution, Article XV, Section 1 and the By-Laws Article II, Subsection 2, has been scheduled for Thursday May 21, 2026 at 6:00 PM. The purpose of this meeting is to discuss Benefit Structure.
The meeting will be conducted in the Local Union #164 Meeting Hall located at 65 West Century Rd, Paramus, New Jersey 07652.
As per Local Union #164’s, IBEW By-Laws, Article II, Subsection 2, no business shall be transacted at any special meeting, except for which it has been called.
Please make every effort to attend this important meeting.
